MetZilla™ Module, Cell and Paste Performance Technical Datasheet
MetZilla™ is a CNT-enhanced silver paste designed to keep conductors electrically continuous when cells experience micro-cracking. In third-party testing referenced to IEC 61215-2 methods, modules using MetZilla exhibited comparable performance to control modules and smaller fracture-related progression in select stress legs. Integration uses standard screen printing and firing profiles. View the Report.
High-level Technical Assessment of Metzilla and Mono PERC G1 5BB Cells Made with Metzilla
Osazda Energy (“Client”) synthesizes an electrically conductive paste it refers to as MetZilla. Client retained Black & Veatch Management Consulting, LLC to perform a high-level technical assessment of the MetZilla MZ22-10 formulation, referred to as MetZilla throughout this report and the Mono PERC G1 5BB photovoltaic (PV) cells made by Osazda with MetZilla. This Report provides a summary of Black & Veatch's high-level technical assessment. View the Report
24095 Test Report: Mechanical, Thermal and Humidity Stress Testing Comparison of Osazda's MetZilla and Control Modules
CFV Labs conducted mechanical, thermal and humidity stress testing according to IEC 61215-2:2021 on ten custom modules produced by D2 Solar and provided by Osazda. Half of the modules provided contained carbon nanotube embedded into a silver paste used to form the electrodes on the cells, created by Osazda. This version of the paste is called MetZilla PERC 01, Module Number: MZ22-10. These modules will be referred to as ‘OSA’ throughout the report. The remaining five modules did not have OSA paste and were used as controls. View the Report.
